We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible once payment has been received.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

• Orders placed before 2pm AEST are generally dispatched the same business day.
  (Orders containing out-of-stock items may require additional processing time.)

• Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Sydney Metro: 1–2 business days

• NSW Regional: 1–3 business days

• Interstate Metro Areas: 1–3 business days

• Regional/Remote Areas: 2–5 business days

Orders requiring prescription clarification or missing approvals may require further processing time.
